The guide can be downloaded as a pdf or Microsoft Word file. There are also some MP3 files for audio downloading. The guide is called Getting Around - A Guide for Travelers with Disabilities. The guide also contains some information about the airlines, including a list of the reservations phone numbers for each airline.
